"It Brings More Structure to Online Meetings and Communication"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Meet Hour?

I work as a Dietician and Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic, and also create health education content. I sometimes organize online consultations, educational sessions, and virtual discussions, so I need a platform that makes meeting management simple and organized. What I like about Meet Hour is that it provides the main tools needed to schedule, manage, and conduct online sessions without making the process complicated. Getting started was straightforward. I was able to schedule meetings, add participants, share meeting links, and send calendar invitations without spending much time learning the platform. I use it whenever I need to organize an online session or consultation, and it helps keep everything organized in one place.

I also like that attendee management, webinar mode, moderator controls, meeting scheduling, calendar invites, and participant access controls are built into the platform. These features help make sessions feel more organized and professional while keeping participation easy to manage. The lobby option is also useful when I want better control over meeting access. Another thing I appreciate is the overall performance. Creating meetings, managing participants, updating meeting details, and moving between different sections feels smooth. The platform responds well during setup and meeting management, so I can focus more on the session itself rather than the technical side.

For online consultations and educational sessions, it is helpful to have scheduling, participant management, communication, and meeting organization available in one place. Having upcoming meetings, participant information, and session details easily accessible also makes planning easier. It works well across different devices and fits naturally into my regular workflow. Overall, it provides a practical set of features without feeling overly complicated. What do you dislike about Meet Hour?

The virtual background feature is useful, but I feel there is still room for improvement in background separation quality. In some situations, a cleaner and more natural background effect would make online sessions look more professional, especially when presenting educational content. "Straightforward Interface and Unlimited Meetings That Boost Productivity"
5/5
What do you like best about Meet Hour?

What I like most about Meet Hour is how straightforward and accessible the interface is, even for team members who aren’t tech-savvy. Being able to host unlimited meetings without constant time-limit interruptions has been a huge boost to our productivity. I also really appreciate the screen sharing and recording features, which make collaboration on projects feel much more natural than with other clunky platforms we’ve tried in the past. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Meet Hour?

While the platform is excellent for core meetings, I think the user interface could benefit from a slightly more modern look to better reflect its strong functionality. I’d also love to see additional third-party integrations, especially with niche project management tools, since that would help me centralize my workflow even more. On top of that, the onboarding process was incredibly smooth, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Better Than You Think - Try it yourself! All written by hand, not AI!"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Meet Hour?

I have been using them for a while, and I am quite happy with them so far. It has end-to-end encryption and an easy way to set up meetings. I got their developer plan and am a happy user so far. (I have written this entire review without the use of AI).

Some of the key features I liked about them:

1.Price - their price is a lot more friendly than Zoom, Webex and the established brands.

2.Secured Recording-they offer 3 ways to storage the recording. (a) MeetHour Storage, (b) Dropbox, (c) AWS

3.Multi-platform Broadcasting- it allows co-current streaming on major social media Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitch, and YouTube. Hope to see more options in the coming days. I seldom use it now but I can see the potential use in our coming days.

4.Custom Branding-Easier way to make it your own! I used it and it looks like my company invested and care very much for our client and professional branding! It even allows me to input my own personal room URL.

5.Features: They have full HD1080 video conference, recording, polling and Q&A, Whiteboard, breakout room, custom Meeting ID, . Or sometimes I just use the share screen on my Miro and Figma.

6. Their Interface is relatively intuitive and user friendly. Their knowledge base is decent to find information as well.

7. Their customer service is quite responsive. It’s easy to find someone to discuss my issues. However sometimes it does take some effort to get to their engineers who can give more in-depth technical questions such as webhook.

8. Currently they are integrating with Calendly, Trafft, Tidycal. Also working on essentials such as Caption, Transcription, remote control, screen annotations. Wordpress Plugin will also be helpful for me going forward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Meet Hour?

What requires improvement:

1.Usage of AI Transcription and live translation caption in multiple languages with post recording edit features

2. Only 200GB native recording space. More Options for Recording Storage. There are many other organizational standards or cheaper alternatives for storage such as PCloud, GDrive, or even recording storage locally in desktop/IOS/Android storage.

3.Direct integration into Miro/Figma or Boardmix/Pixso as an alternative to direct collaboration outside the MeetHour environment.

4. AI based knowledge base – it will be great if they can build an AI chat bot for easier interaction with their knowledge base for any questions without having to wait for customer service response.

5. Concurrent Call Limitation. Only 10 concurrent call per license is allowed for Developer plan, which may be restrictive for larger teams – might need to go for enterprise plan, which might become costly as the team group.

6. Use of BYOK AI LLM such as Open AI to repurpose transcription from the recorded videos. This can help with summary of meetings, minutes of meetings and even posting on social media.

7. Multi-Participant Screen Sharing

This is important for at least 2-3 participant sharing. This allows collaboration and cross-sharing work. It is common for people to work remotely across the globe and use more than 1 monitor. I hope this can come true. It will bring Meet Hour collaboration to the next break through level!

8. Virtual background improvement. It is currently available but the quality of the background cookie cutter between the person and the background is not great. I hope the quality can improve to at least Zoom or MS Teams level! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A system that complies and is dynamic."

What do you like best about Meet Hour?

MeetHour is a really useful tool for video conferences. highlights how easy it is to use, even for those without technical experience. The platform is perfect for small or medium-sized teams because it offers easy programming, reunion grabs, and fairly comprehensive moderator controls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Meet Hour?

Sometimes the interface seems a little basic when compared to other well-known platforms. We also notice some latent behavior in some reunions with a large number of participants. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Dependable, User-Friendly and Cost Effective"
5/5
What do you like best about Meet Hour?

I’ve been using Meet Hour since its launch in July 2020, and I’m thrilled with how they’ve continuously added new functionalities. One standout feature I used was the "Click and Pledge" online fundraising add-on, which was incredibly helpful while assisting political candidates during the 2022 election cycle. It would be great if they could integrate ActBlue into Meet Hour as well.

In the past four years, I’ve made over 600 video calls, and none were interrupted. I use the personal room more than 50% of the time, and the experience has been superior. Most participants joining from their desktops or laptops didn’t even need to download the app, making it super convenient. I highly recommend Meet Hour to everyone! What do you dislike about Meet Hour?

What do you like best about Meet Hour?

I really like how its 100% free and unlimited while some other websites aren't. Theres a of available space for people and it's even free on android so its Not one of those that dont allow androids. Everything is completely free. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Meet Hour?

It's not really a popular website/app for video calls and meetups and whatsoever and it gets a bit complicated making an account and getting support isnt a fast process either. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"I can manage all my meetings from one dashboard"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Meet Hour?

I can create quick meetings and share them with my colleagues and also add them to the calendar directly. Also, I can view and manage all of the meeting recordings and contacts as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Meet Hour?

The website lags in micro-interactions. It's slow in reacting to actions. Then I have to reload the website to use it. It would be great if we could import contacts from Google contacts or any cloud provider. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
