MeeD POS is an iPad point-of-sale system built in Thailand for restaurants, cafés, bubble tea shops and retail stores. It runs as an iPad app (iPadOS 17.6 or later) with cloud sync, so owners can check sales from the MeeD POS Manager app on iOS or Android, or from the web report portal. Staff take dine-in, takeaway and delivery orders from a table plan with zones, split bills, and route tickets to kitchen and bar printers or kitchen display screens (KDS). Customers can scan a table QR code to order from their phone without installing an app, and the Pro plan adds QR Order & Pay so guests can pay before eating. Payments include cash, PromptPay QR with a locked amount, and TrueMoney Wallet. Back-office tools include stock management with low-stock alerts, purchase orders and goods receiving, supplier management, barcode label printing, recipe (BOM) costing to calculate food cost per menu item, sell-by-weight pricing, staff roles with clock-in/out, and customer membership with points, coupons and promotions. Sales can be tracked by channel with channel-specific menu prices. Plans start at THB 250 per month and every plan includes a 30-day free trial. The Business plan covers up to three branches and includes API access. Hardware bundles with supported Epson, Star and Xprinter receipt printers are sold separately.
