The document center or incident reporting is not designed effectively. You can't assign a person to multiple sites, which makes incident location reporting inaccurate. It is not the best system and would recommend, if you have the funding to purchase MedTrainer for e-training and find another platform for incident reporting. Their attention to detail. They have such a wonderful catalog of videos and, as the administrator, it is easy to use.
