What do you dislike about MedTrainer? Not intuitive for users. A lot of glitching when assigning trainings. Some trainings do not work well, causing a lot of issues for users. Certificates/trainings not going through as completed. Had so many issues over the past year and a half, felt like a guinea pig for a new system. Medtrainer has made our staff continuing education and training easy and organized. As an adminstrator it has made implementing the courses for the staff stress free! We love the number of courses and features it has to offer to keep the material interesting for staff.
