**What do you like best about ALIS?**

I liked that all necessary client information could be kept in one place. 

**What do you dislike about ALIS?**

There were so many clients that often you'd have to search through a long list of names to find who you were looking for. You used to be able to leave an observation note from the clients individual file, but this was no longer an option with one of their updates. 

**What problems is ALIS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes it easier to share information with other providers within the company.
