It checks for room, working-hour and absence conflicts as you book, and handles recurringappointments and a waiting list. Each location gets its own public booking page and a widget for the clinic's website, so patients can book 24/7. Practitioners can sync their appointments to Google Calendar. Clinical records by discipline. Each specialty gets its own forms: psychology, physiotherapy, nutrition, dentistry, medicine and more. Clinical scales (PHQ-9, GAD-7, DASS-21 and others) are scored automatically. There are also measurements and progress charts, a dental chart with treatment plans, a body map for pain, episodes of care, and attachments. Video consultations, documents and consents. Secure video calls that patients join from their browser. Declarations and reports come from templates and are generated as PDFs, and patients can sign informed consents online. Billing and payments. Invoices certified by the Portuguese Tax Authority through InvoiceXpress. Patients can pay by card or MB WAY when they book (via Stripe), and the money goes straight to the clinic.
