The very simple font and ability to "look-up all" in one key to search other lab tests. Although it took awhile to learn, once it was, it allowed much more efficiency when process/receiving labs, to enter results, to batch out send out specimen, and look up mnemonics for different lab tests, etc. For very routine tasks, it was definitely quicker than when the lab switched to sunquest. It took awhile to get used to after using "higher-tech" computer programs because of the very basic functionality. It required learning and memorizing specific functions and codes, while using less "user-friendly" accessibility. Also, although the look-ups tools were easily accessible, there were certain things, such as: not being able to go back on certain screens, less options from one screen, and not having full knowledge and easily readable options for each given function/mode you're in. My work recently switched from Mckesson to Meditech. It is so much easier to use and customize. I find I spend way less time charting and more time actually with the patient now. I also love how checklists and screening/medical history is online which saves paper. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It can be very slow at times. I hope that this is just a temporary glitch since it is new. I find my screen will freeze all of the time.
