MediPOS Pakistan is pharmacy point-of-sale and management software developed by Innobrains Technologies for pharmacies, medical stores, and pharmacy chains in Pakistan. It brings billing, medicine inventory, purchasing, supplier management, customer credit tracking, and accounting into one system. Core features include batch and expiry tracking, first-expiry-first-out (FEFO) stock management, sales and purchase returns, stock counts, thermal receipts, expense tracking, and business reports. A built-in database of more than 45,000 medicines supports inventory setup, while FBR POS integration is available for pharmacies that require it. MediPOS offers two editions: an offline Windows application that operates without an internet connection, and a cloud edition for online access and multi-branch management. Depending on the selected plan, additional capabilities include custom staff roles and permissions, audit logs, balance sheets, an owner mobile app, and SMS and email alerts. Businesses can choose monthly or yearly cloud subscriptions, or a lifetime offline licence. A 14-day free trial is available.
