As Medigram catered to health professionals, I loved the fact that application had Box integration introduced to allow storage of vast quantities of medical media on the fly. What problems is Medigram solving and how is that benefiting you? At Clirnet we have small KPO unit working with clinics and hospitals in the USA. We were advised to go with an cost effective communication and collaboration app to allow our KPO to process medical data as per HIPAA regulations in the States. The fact that there are a limited number of options for location and doctors bother me because the available are useless. It potentially spread misinformation, which compromise safety. One concern raised by the convenience of communication with healthcare professionals through Medigram is the accuracy and quality of advice provided online. There is a risk of miscommunication regarding health and information as it relies solely on written messages than face to face interactions. This platform advertently discourage self-diagnosis. With Medigram we are unable to communicate with our colleagues and patients. This obstructs our business by decreasing useability increasing errors and reducing patient care. We waste time just playing phone tag or deciphering messages. we are not able to communicate for enhancing our productivity and streamlining our work processes.
