**What do you like best about Medicfusion EHR?**

the user interface and ease of inputting patient information. I also like the design of tabs and the swiftness of customer support if we face an error. This has happened in the past and the team worked hard to resolve the issue we had. 

**What do you dislike about Medicfusion EHR?**

How often I have to refresh the page in order to receive the most recent changes I have made to a patient or moving them from one stage to another. When we faced a software issue with checking in patients, it was somewhat difficult to get their support team the required information. 

**Recommendations to others considering Medicfusion EHR:**

Great Software, very user friendly and  easy for new employees to learn.

**What problems is Medicfusion EHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem of a paper trail for all patients. It is easy to scan and store all patient information through the software.
