A MediaVue Premium Support subscription provides access to a regular program of updates of SureVue Operating Platform updates that include SureVue Operating Platform maintenance releases, security update, operating system and content management system updates, and feature enhancements. It also provides access to direct support from MediaVue’s team of industry technical and application specialists. MediaVue Enterprise Services is a set of factory configuration and other enhanced services designed to meet the particular needs of global, enterprise-level customers.
