this is a comment to all DAM solutions, but I don't think clients are leveraging the CDN option enough. Our client also really struggled getting a formula for their organization which took much longer in terms of roll out. Anything you can do to help them onboard to use all the features would be great. Simple, familiar UX with the ability to download single assets or add numerous assets to collections for download. I use MediaValet to store videos and photos and share them with external stakeholders. I find it a more secure way to share external files compared to Dropbox or making Sharepoint externally accessible.
