I like MediaValet for its category dividing function and quick search option. The category dividing allows for an 'index of topics' that makes it easy for someone with not much knowledge to click on a topic and access all relevant document uploads. The quick search field is also beneficial as it lets any employee quickly search by keyword, application, or tool, bringing up related documents in seconds. I'm satisfied with the application for what I use it for, and even though I've only been with MediaValet for a short period, I haven't found anything that doesn't work well for me. Being a local government organization, we have lots of requirements. So there are requirements of consenting to the public being taken of images. So an easy way to manage the consent forms with the images with maybe, like, a super admin access, being able to see the consent forms, but for our basic users to be able to see their consent has been approved, for the use of these images. I use MediaValet to manage the assets of our products, like photos, sales sheets, social media assets, videos, and logos, and I appreciate how it creates an easy-to-use and controllable access repository. It keeps all of my assets organized, browsable, searchable, and shareable. I like that the new version works well on mobiles, which is super useful when I'm on the go and need to find assets quickly to satisfy my customer's needs. I think it would be nice to have something like a time machine for versions or revisions. Or maybe more automated tools to archive things that are maybe phased out but still maintain them available. As it is, we have thousands of assets on MediaValet, and as we keep launching products the job of managing current versions vs. phased out ones probably starts to require more and more. I like the organization that MediaValet offers. It is very practical to be able to search for a specific photo, like a photo of Jesus from the series, and find it quickly. I think the ability to find what I want is still not efficient. Sometimes I search for a keyword and what I want doesn't appear, everything but what I want appears. MediaValet has been an outstanding resource for our NFL Flag Football program. The platform is fantastic because all our staff members can use it without any issues; it's really easy to use and user-friendly. It's efficient and makes our marketing efforts seamless. They provide a wide variety of templates and photos, giving us plenty of options to create professional-looking materials like flyers or social media posts that are already set up and ready to use. The convenience is a huge plus for us because we're constantly on the go and need something quick and easy. The process is simple and efficient, which is exactly what we need.
