I appreciate how simple it can be to set up a campaign and move it forward quickly. This ease of use really helps with managing daily workloads and improves my time management. There isn’t a straightforward or simple method to find campaigns with pending invoices. It also provides a clear process for pushing a campaign through from start to finish and simplifies the trafficking of placements. These features help reduce my stress and lighten my workload. I like that I have all my orders and buys in one place. I use the tool every day so I have a good idea of it now. I like the capability to pull reports to see what I have (but I don't know how to). I think I could use more training on capabilities so I am using it to the best of it's abilities. I also think the tool could be more updated and user friendly as well. Usability is good when it comes to what I need with my job. Once you do something once, it's simple to remember. I've also worked with customer support and they were very helpful. I had an issue with updating a budget for one month that reallocated funds from previous months messing up the budgets for campaigns currently running. I appreciate that your choices aren't always permanent. Having to manually confirm each update gives me peace of mind, especially since it's easy to feel overwhelmed and accidentally make mistakes. What do you dislike about Prisma? As with many other platforms, there are often AI assistants available to help new users navigate and ask questions. While I understand that each company has its own approach, as a new user of Prisma, I would have found it much more helpful to have a web assistant to answer my questions about the platform, rather than having to search through a how-to guide or rely on a colleague for help.
