UX can be better. Creative manager is slow when uploading assets and creatives. The new creative manager does not have the same flexibility as the old one. For example, it does not allow you to duplicate the creative with the versions. The documentation and help articles are unclear and don't help you achieve what you want. The social creative builder follows a powerpoint style approach to animating elements. Its retro and not particularly intuitive, and as a result we don't use Flashtalking for any of our social activity which is a shame because everything else about the platform is a good fit Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
