GFM made doing these important reconciliations so easy that I felt like an expert within a month or two. The interface is easy to understand with just a bit of training. And the customer support is VERY responsive. You'll be talking to an actual member of their team in minutes or less. How many companies can you say that for in 2025? Better yet, if you have a suggestion to make the software better - they listen! Can't recommend GaleForceMedia enough. **What do you dislike about GaleForceMedia?** I can't really think of anything about GaleForceMedia I don't like. There were a couple small issues a few years ago, but they've long since been ironed out. **What problems is GaleForceMedia solving and how is that benefiting you?** From horror stories I've heard regarding media reconciliation, it can be an arduous process when using older platforms like Strata. I wouldn't know, since I've only used GFM - I guess I'm lucky in that regard. It's so easy that I was able to step in on very short notice and help my company perform reconciliations as if I had an accounting background. ### 5. Most of everything you need will be in the navigation on the left and is easy to find. Since it's web-based, it moves quickly. You can integrate your Nielsen and Comscore with it. The worksheets are very flexible. It definitely saves you time compared to using Excel or even Strata. We use it nearly every day and it's definitely increased our efficiency. Most of all, GaleForce probably has the best customer service of any company in software. If you call, you will talk to a human being and they will help you. They're also the same folks that will help you with implementation if you transfer from Strata or another software. **What do you dislike about GaleForceMedia?** There really are no true downsides to using it, you probably should just be aware they are still improving the software, so you may find you need a certain feature, but their team is pretty good about custom fixes or adding features to their roadmap. **What problems is GaleForceMedia solving and how is that benefiting you?** Planning and placing our media buys! ### 6. It would easily take me days, if not weeks, to manually review schedules, invoices, and placements. The platform streamlines this entire process. It helps me quickly verify that spots are running within the correct flight dates, start and end times, and within the correct network or zone. It also ensures that the number of spots doesn't exceed what was originally ordered.
