It is a very solid product, very stable developed and provides the functionality it was designed for. We are already using the new version: Media Central. It is an integrated workflow solution that provides advanced media asset management that we use for all areas of the company, News, Entertainment and Sports. What I like best in that it consolidates all your media and makes finding particular files you are looking fast and easy. You can automate workflows. It can integrate with other Avid and 3rd party programs. It allows users to easily collaborate on projects. A shared online workstation so users can access information in real time.
