The turnaround process is so fast. Every time I've used it, I've received the video the same day. The communication is easy and straightforward and it's such an easy process. It's really easy to download the video as soon as you receive it. I specifically worked with Connor each time. He was so fast to respond to e-mail and recently went above and beyond to remedy a situation that was out of both of our control. Could not recommend him or the service more.
