MedFarmaSoft is a native multi-platform app (Android, iOS, Windows and macOS) for clinics, dental offices, physiotherapy, podiatry, nutrition centers and pharmacies to manage appointments, patients and electronic health records in one place. Key features: weekly/monthly calendar with automatic WhatsApp, email and push reminders sent from the clinic's own number; 24/7 white-label online booking page; structured clinical history with episodes, allergies, medication and documents; voice dictation of clinical notes; dental odontogram and treatment estimates with installment plans; physiotherapy assessments (pain scale, range of motion, strength) with progress charts; digitally signed consent forms in PDF; two-way Google Calendar sync; roles, permissions and full audit log. Built for GDPR (Spain/EU) and Peru's Law 29733, with optional SUNAT electronic invoicing in Peru. Available in Spanish, Catalan, English, French, Portuguese and Italian. Free plan until Dec 31, 2026, then paid plans from EUR 20 / PEN 34.90 per month.
