Meddbase is an exceptional clinical documentation tool. It is efficient and can be manipulated to our specifications.

The learning curve with Meddbase is steep. It takes some time to get oriented to its capabilities.

**What problems is Meddbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Meddbase provides a tool for clinical documentation for case management purposes. It allows a secure way to store important data and allows us to look back on inputs for clinical review.

Centralized document management, storing and managing all documents like EHR. Efficient document creation with improved clinical work flow.

Nothing much but complexity in custom clinical drafts.

Benefiting in clinical aspects of documentation workflows and detailed information.

**What do you like best about Meddbase?**

The support and willingness to help and listen and change is to be commended. The product can really help make insurance and letter writing workflows so much easier. There are large number of features to help reduce admin time in clinic.

**What do you dislike about Meddbase?**

The useability and booking an appointment is not as slick as it should be. The integration process is long and you need a team member to set it up. Slick sales process, needed better communication on time requirements, however since our feedback they have changed their process.

**What problems is Meddbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

the ability to reduce admin time in letter writing and the ability to pull any data you need in a report

**What do you like best about Meddbase?**

A very capable product with vast varierty of functions. It's very easy to adapt it under my ecosystem. I required some assistance and they were very helpful for setting up under my ecosystem and how i wanted it. My department of 20+ members are currently actively using it and we have no issues whatsoever. Our team is using it daily.

**What do you dislike about Meddbase?**

Our team is using Meddbase dauly and we have not faced any issues as of right now.

**What problems is Meddbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's basically making my department work very easy by automating the records and documentation we used to maintain. Also assisted us greatly in migrating from an old process to a new ecosystem.

Our team implemented the Go video feature based in Meddbase. The feature has been instrumental in connecting with more patients to conduct home video visits

**What do you dislike about Meddbase?**

We've used meddbase for 4 years and have been nothing but pleased with the services and support team.

**What problems is Meddbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Meddbase took our current patient levels and increased them by 43% when we purchased the product and utilized Govideo. This product allows us to document video visits and maintain patient records with ease.

**What do you like best about Meddbase?**

There is a vast range of functionality and excellent built-in security. The whole product is highly customisable, with bespoke pathways which map business processes. The interface is intuitive, and the support from the helpdesk and our account manager is top-class and very responsive.

**What do you dislike about Meddbase?**

Some global settings are either on or off, and this setting then applies to the whole chamber. It would be better if these settings could be applied on an individual basis.

**What problems is Meddbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Meddbase helps us to run our business and is used for booking appointments in our network of clinics as well as managing patient records. We also use the system for managing hundreds of clients who each have a unique set of billing requirements. In addition, we use the system for invoicing clients. In short, Meddbase benefits us because it is a system that allows us to manage every aspect of our business.

Immediate portable access to patient records. 
Excellent Laboratory link. 
Effective document management
Useful administrative tools for my admin staff
This is the only medical software that I have ever used, and I chose it over one of the competitors.

**What do you dislike about Meddbase?**

Annoying drop-down menu in medical history log containing options that are irrelevant to my practice. Options are not in logical alphabetical order.
Tasking system could be improved with colour coding for different types of administrative/clinical tasks and different degrees of urgency

**What problems is Meddbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ease of access for queries about clinical services and pathology billing. Ability to immediately offer appointments visible to clinicians and administrative staff..

Everything you need is in the system, from patient consultations and surveys to document libraries and the Extranet.

**What do you dislike about Meddbase?**

It would be nice if the system could preview MS Word and Excel documents instead of just PDFs.

Meddbase enables us to separate our medical and occupational health policies, resulting in better reporting.
