MedCounter is pharmacy management and billing software for small, owner-run pharmacies and medical stores in India. Bills take under 10 seconds: search a medicine from a catalogue of over 2,50,000, tap to add it, and check out with cash, UPI or card. MedCounter picks the batch that expires soonest, refuses expired stock, issues the right GST document (tax invoice, bill of supply or cash memo) and sends it to the customer's WhatsApp or a thermal printer. Stock goes in from a photo of the distributor's invoice: AI reads each line and adds batch, expiry and price. The Schedule H1, Schedule X and NDPS registers are kept from your bills, and a monthly GST summary and CSV are ready for your CA. Customer udhaar, supplier khaata, purchase orders on WhatsApp, staff roles that hide your margins, and 8 Indian languages are included. MedCounter runs on Android, iPhone and the web. It costs Rs 199 a month or Rs 1,999 a year per shop, after a free 3-month trial with no card.
