**What do you like best about Medallia Employee Experience?**

The look and feel of the employee surveys is very modern and clear. It is also set up as an anonymous survey so employee confidentiality is maintained.
Some other platforms don't provide this functionality.

**What do you dislike about Medallia Employee Experience?**

Nothing in particular. Cost is a bit high for an employee program but worth it due to the functionality offered on the platform. Great products are priced at a premium.

**What problems is Medallia Employee Experience solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Medallia is helping us with several objectives:
1. Reducing attrition
