**What do you like best about MedAct?**

The organization of medact is pretty good, everything is under the right files so when searching for something when busy or on a certain time limit, it is very sufficient. 

**What do you dislike about MedAct?**

The customer service... like when the system goes down (which is my other dislike), we call to let them know and they are very short and rude with us every single time. 

**Recommendations to others considering MedAct:**

Make sure it will benefit your company before committing 

**What problems is MedAct solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Medical insurance billing issues which is lots of mistakes made especially dealing with Medicare
