It took me forever to connect and each time I tried, it would tell me something wasn't right and to contact a support representative. I finally got a support representative after answering all of the automated questions. Long story short - my test started at 1:30 and didn't end up taking it until 2:40. What i dislike are more issues with online proctoring in general, and not proctorU. if there are internet connectivity issues, the student experience is not great and if there are questions from the proctor, they have to connect with an administrator and are not able to troubleshoot on their own.
