We have had a few more issues than normal. Our chain of contacts changed and sometimes it feels as if we are not necessarily a valued customer. There have been times where a proctor should have contacted an instructor, and didn't - or worse, did not follow the accommodations that were entered. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Readily avaiible

Allows students to work out problems in Excel without locking down the browser.

Good customer support

I've had my students use it for more than five years.
