# Why does your system not work and why do you guys lie? I attempted to take the praxis test at home using proctoru. I spent 3 hours with a live chat assistant trying to get the chat box to pop up to permit the proctor to have access to my macbook computer but a chat box was never provided to me and the live chat assistant could not figure out the issue. Due to this error on the proctorus side, I lost the $180 to take the test because I was never able to take the test. An investigation was launched into proctoru where they came back saying it was a connection issue which three hours talking to a live chat assistant would show proof that that is not indeed the case, the proctoru website simply would not provide me with a chat box to give me access, which is the websites fault and not mine.
