Meadow is super simple and easy to use. There isn’t one step after another just to solve another problem—everything is right there, and it’s straightforward to navigate. There isn’t really any downside since I’ve been using it. Whenever there’s a problem, they always have a solution. So far, everything I’ve run into has had a fix. It gives me reports for pretty much anything I need, and it also has an interface that shows when something gets touched and tells me who made the change. The most helpful part of Meadow is being able to talk to a real person who can help you work through any issues you run into and find a solution. Meadow also simplifies a lot of things, which makes everything easy to understand. The integrations are smooth and easy to use, the system also performs reliably even during busy hours. Overall It's helped make daily operations much more efficient. The AI and reporting tools also provide really helpful insights that make operations more efficient. The most helpful thing about Meadow is how user-friendly it is. I’ve used other POS systems in the past, and it can take 10x more steps just to fix something or do anything in the back end. With Meadow, it’s all there and much more straightforward. If you make a mistake while intaking, it’s an easy fix compared to Cova, where it turns into a big thing just to adjust one small detail. If you want your inventory and sales to be top tier, I’d recommend Meadow, from the sales floor all the way to the back end. The Meadow team is also super helpful. There’s a little chat at the bottom of your screen, and anytime you have a question, their AI will respond and try to help. If that can’t solve it, a team member steps in and assists. The only thing I would fix is that if your POS offers ACH and you close a register, it doesn’t differentiate the fees, tips, and sales. The only way to see that breakdown is by running a report, which can be confusing if you don’t know how to run one, especially when it could all show on the receipt. A huge problem they were able to fix was the dashboard summary showing the total no matter what you select. You used to have to run a report, but now it’s very fast—just by pressing a button. I use Meadow for work, and it's great compared to other retail backend systems. I find its easy-to-use interface and the ability to apply and create discounts on both the sales side and the backend really valuable. The onboarding process for new employees is easy, and I appreciate the fast response times from customer support whenever I need assistance. The 'metrc' function is something I use the most because it helps me easily find specific packages in our system, which is crucial since I work in a fast-paced environment. The initial setup was super easy and efficient, and overall, Meadow works great for us. I'd rate my likelihood of recommending Meadow a 10 out of 10 without hesitation. Sometimes on the retail side, when a product is not transferred to the correct location, the system says 'unable to complete transaction due to out of stock product.' It would be more helpful if it specified the specific packed UID numbers of the products hindering the transaction, as it currently only states the product name. I like how easy Meadow is to use and how efficient it is, whether I'm looking up an item or scanning out items during sales. It helps me look up items swiftly, see how many I have in stock, and facilitates transactions. I also appreciate being able to compare sales numbers with other bartenders.
