What do you like best about Meadow?

Just a very simple system to use with such modernized functionality it's amazing! We had went through indica online, proteus 420, Blaze POS, and We believe Meadow has the best advantages when it comes to Efficiency... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Meadow?

Meadow was our first POS company, therefore everytime we tried to experience other platforms we thought they would have much better functionality... it all turned into a "we are waiting out time seeking a better POS than Meadow" LITERALLY! So yes our dislike wasn't the fact that we disliked meadow we disliked trying other companies that were'nt as half as worth it as Meadow!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Meadow solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are solving the speed efficiency, our employees gotten so used to this platform that they only enter the address once when we mean once, that means in the beginning when a customer calls, everything else after that gets professionally synced onto onfleet and onfleet finished the rest for you... We also benefit alot from how easy the system generates you reports, taxes, product inventory lists, you can even group items based off a sale!!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Meadow?

In addition to Meadow's integration with OnFleet, which makes the software very user-friendly for budtenders and delivery drivers, Meadow helps operators stay in compliance. Their support team notifies operators when they've performed an activity that could lead to an inventory discrepancy and advises on how to correct these issues. What do you like best about Meadow?

Meadow's team by far is the most receptive and hard-working team I've ever communicated with. All requests are considered, worked on, and put out in updates as often as possible. The inventory and METRC tracking along with menu integration on other cannabis platforms is nearly seamless. Meadow is incredibly user friendly. I also find the pick-up/delivery order processing to be quick and simple. The ability to create an order is nearly flawless as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Meadow?

The only thing I would like to see Meadow improve on is the ability to delete profiles of patrons who made multiple profiles. There's little dislikes as far as Meadow's operating system goes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Meadow solving and how is that benefiting you?

With the menu integration, we have eliminated the need of someone spending their full shift updating multiple online menus. With the pin code for budtenders, we have also been able to accurately track employee sales. I've realized that other cannabis operating systems that they are not as receptive to suggestions like the Meadow team is. It's comforting when a company isn't condescending to their users.
