It has heaps of spam filtering and security features, which provides you a sense of security when you actually handle sensitive communications. I also like how it tethers with other programs such as our CRM to multiply productivity. That central management of multiple domains is a real plus in making our administrative tasks much simpler. **What do you dislike about MDaemon Email Server?** The only disadvantage you could consider while using MDaemon Email Server is the slow availability of customer support option. Using the whole platform, I have little troubles, but when we have something more specific, it is difficult to find clear solutions in the documentation. It may take more time than it is expected to get a response from support, and that led to a few days based delays in some technical issues. **What problems is MDaemon Email Server solving and how is that benefiting you?** MDaemon Email Server has made it much easier for us to manage spam and overall email security. These built in spam filters help to reduce the undesired email that can leave our inboxes looking messy and less safe. Moreover, it’s made it much easier to work with various domains, as our stream of communication has been streamlined.
