We provide our customers with a convenient way to scale the software engineering team via remote full-time workers. What makes us different from other outstaffing companies: - personalized boutique approach to each customer - you interview and decide on the right candidate - full transparency in processes and communication - it's like a monthly subscription for the full-time worker Our business model is based on a simple principle: we consider software engineers to be our customers just as much as your company. mcpk. ensures smooth cooperation between you and your developers. We don't interfere in the development processes and we are big fans of simplicity and transparency. Our management consists of former developers and business people. With knowledge from both worlds, we have developed methods to successfully build and manage software teams.
