MB Remote is a global Employer of Record (EOR) solution that enables companies to hire and manage employees in multiple countries without setting up local legal entities. We handle employment contracts, payroll, taxes, and local labor law compliance on behalf of our clients — so they can focus on growing their business. With coverage across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and the Americas, MB Remote offers human-first support available 24/7 via WhatsApp and email. Our streamlined onboarding process allows companies to hire international employees in days, not months. Whether you're hiring your first remote employee or scaling a global team, MB Remote acts as the legal employer while your team works exclusively for you.
