It think the Mbed Os is versatile. Few code modifications are needed when going from one chip to another. **What do you dislike about Mbed OS?** After the Mbed OS 6 update, they removed the old way that we used to you to print serially to the connected PC. I understand the new approach that they are taking and the idea of splitting Serial to buffered and unbuffered, but did not properly document what you use instead to replace the old functionality of pc.printf and how to change the baud rate. The default baud rate for the new printf function is set at 9600, which is really kow and unacceptable. I understand that there is a way to change the baud rate, but that has to be in the documentation and not the forums. **Recommendations to others considering Mbed OS:** Start directly with Mbed OS 6 if you are a new user. This will make your life easier later on. **What problems is Mbed OS solving and how is that benefiting you?** I mainly use Mbed to run real-time applications on ARM based embedded systems, used for education purposes and for teaching the next generation of students how to code on ARM. ### 10.
