**What do you like best about Maxyfi?**

Good support, manageable integration with daily imports, great tool for AR automation

**What do you dislike about Maxyfi?**

Can be percieved by our customers as "spammy". I think with fine tuning of workflows, templates, and defaults this can improve.

**What problems is Maxyfi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automated text and email collection reminders. Saves us from manually emailing individual invoices and payment reminders. Allows for customer self-service for payment of open items which saves us time and is more convenient for our customers.
