They have built an incredible platform. They are on top it when it comes to customer support and customer succes. They are truly invested in your success which is rare to come by these days. **What do you dislike about Maxyfi?** There was not a single thing that I didn't appreciate and respect about working with this team and using their technology. They addressed every piece of feedback that I had. **What problems is Maxyfi solving and how is that benefiting you?** They are helping third-party debt collection agencies have seamless collections by having the payment portal in the CRM. The client login feature made our services transparent with very granual control over the amount of visibility each client had into their account activity. They also custom configured numerous features and product enhancements in a very timely manner. ### 2. I think with fine tuning of workflows, templates, and defaults this can improve. **What problems is Maxyfi solving and how is that benefiting you?** Automated text and email collection reminders. Saves us from manually emailing individual invoices and payment reminders. Allows for customer self-service for payment of open items which saves us time and is more convenient for our customers. ### 3.
