I do not like that there is no next button when viewing employee profiles. You have to go back to active employees and then select the next person, opposed to their being a next button on the profile page to get to the next profile. I can't pick only one feature. One of my clients adds/terminates employees weekly and it is so easy to keep track of the active members. I no longer have to send emails to 5 different carriers terminating them or adding them it all gets submitted by EDI. Open enrollment - I cannot believe how easy this last one went. We no changes, so basically if the employee didn't want to make any adjustments they didn't need to do anything. Our normal 2 week Open Enrollment was cut to 5 days and a lot less meetings and travel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I honestly can say I really do not dislike anything. If I could add something, it would be the language. In my area we have a lot of farm accounts and half of the employees do not speak English unfortunately so I cannot implement them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
