MaxPanel is a self-hosted web hosting control panel for Ubuntu 24.04 LTS. Hosting providers, agencies and resellers can manage customer accounts, hosting packages, websites, domains, DNS, email, databases and SSL certificates through browser-based interfaces. MaxPanel supports PHP, Node.js and Python applications, WordPress installation and staging, file management, SFTP, SSH keys, a terminal and cron jobs. It includes account isolation, resource quotas, usage monitoring, audit logs, scheduled Restic backups to S3-compatible storage or SFTP, and granular restoration. Migration tools support cPanel/WHM and DirectAdmin. MaxBuilder provides a visual website builder with an optional bring-your-own-key AI workflow. A provisioning HTTP API supports hosting automation. Licenses start at US$2 per server per month; server infrastructure, backup storage and AI provider usage are separate.
