MaxLabs is an AI workspace for coding, chat, editable design and tool-connected automation. Its macOS and Windows desktop apps, Node.js CLI and VS Code extension support codebase exploration, file edits, planning and shell commands with approval controls. Web chat includes project context and memory. Shared text or CSV files and MCP connections provide workspace context with selectable tool permissions. Local and cloud schedules support recurring tasks, and webhook tasks support event-driven workflows. Its visual design editor includes editable text and shapes, image libraries, brand kits, AI refinement and PNG export. A developer API provides model access, usage tracking and pay-as-you-go billing. Subscriptions start at US$10/month for Worker access; Builder and Power include Pro and Worker with larger weekly allowances. Features and quotas depend on the interface and plan.
