**What do you like best about MaxCredible?**

I really appreciate how intuitive and user-friendly MaxCredible is. The platform makes it very easy to implement and integrate into daily processes, and it saves me a lot of time compared to manual work. The support team is also very responsive and helpful whenever I have a question, which gives me confidence in using the system. Overall, it combines ease of use with powerful features that make my work much more efficient.

**What do you dislike about MaxCredible?**

Honestly, I don’t have anything negative to say about MaxCredible. The platform works smoothly, meets my needs, and I have not encountered any downsides so far.

**What problems is MaxCredible solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MaxCredible helps us streamline the entire credit and collections process. Instead of dealing with fragmented systems and manual follow-ups, we now have everything centralized in one CRM platform. This makes it much easier to track outstanding invoices, manage accounts receivable, and maintain a clear overview of customer interactions. The automation features reduce errors and save us a lot of time, while the dashboards give us real-time insights into cash flow and customer payment behavior. As a result, we can work more proactively, improve customer relationships, and keep our financial processes running smoothly.

I would say the AI applications, the friendly & professional customer support and the detailed reports.

**What do you dislike about MaxCredible?**

I honestly can't think of any con regarding MaxCredible, they've been great for me and our business from the start.

**What problems is MaxCredible solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MaxCredible significantly reduces our manual workload by efficiently handling baseless chargebacks. Their service helps us recover revenue and stay focused on growing the business.

**What do you like best about MaxCredible?**

MaxCredible is a very straightforward tool with all functionalities you need. Getting acquainted with the application is a matter of days. The application is very good in making everything clear and organized so you know where things stand and what to do next. 

On a daily basis, the application saves our team a lot of time due to automation, reducing a lot of the administrative tasks. We can now really focus on making sure the invoices get paid. The intelligent Tableau reporting makes it very visible to track performance and is ideal to share with management for reporting purposes.

The omni-channel communication with our customers is my personal favourite part of the application. MaxCredible allows us to communicate with our company branded style and tone of voice across various channels. That way it doesn't feel we force debtors to pay but rather communicate with our clients for best payment practices driving brand loyalty. Our customers love it which allows us to achieve excellent results. 

We barely need any support because of the intuitive application, but if we do, customer service is very quick to respond in a couple of hours. Customer service is always very professional, helpful and friendly, issues are typically resolved on the same day.  MaxCredible is also very quick in implementing the tool. Most of the delay came from us due to internal alignment.

**What do you dislike about MaxCredible?**

MaxCredible does not allow you to generate invoices and is not a collection agency. MaxCredible does have excellent partners that are integrated in the application that can provide you with these services. This is how we approach it and it works perfectly fine for us.

**What problems is MaxCredible solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MaxCredible helps in accelerating cashflow from outstanding invoices. It provides the right tools to speed up payments and allows us to communicate in our company style and tone of voice with our clients driving brand loyalty across our customers. 

Result: Better cashflow and more loyalty across our client base.

My only dislike is that there is no invoicing

MaxCredible helps streamline our credit management process, making it easier to follow up with clients and stay on top of outstanding invoices. This saves us time and improves our cash flow.

**What do you like best about MaxCredible?**

MaxCredible let's me manage invoices and payments mostly automatically. I don't like reminding people on outstandings and now I only spend time when I have to.  It's easy to use and keeps everything organized. Plus, it automates reminders and creates cause and effect reports.

**What do you dislike about MaxCredible?**

Cannot make invoices in platform need to use my invoicing software still

outstanding, bills unpaid, cash flow, clients that are annoying and never pay.
