MAVI is a modern finance talent engine that matches US companies with the top 2% of vetted, global finance and accounting talent. With the talent pipeline structurally shrinking and AI raising the bar for finance professionals, companies are increasingly needing sharper, more senior professionals who don't just work with AI, but can direct it. Our proprietary sourcing, vetting, and matching infrastructure, trained on hundreds of thousands of finance professionals, can match teams with the best-fit AI-proficient candidates based on specific finance stack, workflows, and cultural fit. You onboard the right hire in days at 50%+ less than traditional hiring, while we handle all the admin – contracts, payments, compliance. Then we stay on as a continuous partner, so you never have a gap on your team.
