Mav is built for insurance agencies that want to work every lead — fresh, aged, or somewhere in between. Mav works your leads text-first, with Voice AI support when they want it, and the tone and knowledge of your best CSR. Leads get qualified, Mav pulls the info you actually need to quote, and connects warm, ready-to-buy prospects to a licensed producer with a live call transfer. What Mav does: Works every lead, every time, for as long as it takes — fresh, aged, previously quoted, or live transfers that didn't close. Most agencies (and most tools) stop chasing after one or two tries. Mav doesn't. In fact, 48% of conversions come from leads that went quiet and later re-engaged after Mav followed up. Texts, calls, and transfers — SMS-first outreach, inbound and outbound Voice AI when the lead prefers it, live call transfer to a licensed producer when they're ready. Qualifies — coverage type, prior carrier, drivers, property details, whatever your appetite requires. Helps you scale without building a call center — Mav runs 24/7 alongside the licensed producers you already have. 1 in 6 replies, qualifications, and live transfers happen on nights and weekends. Mav helps you capture all of them Who Mav is for: Growth-focused P&C insurance agencies. Mav works with independent agencies, captive agents, MGAs, and lead-buying operations. Any team that buys leads and needs them worked, Mav can help.
