Matter’s tools for employee recognition are the perfect fit for our company. It was really easy to use and get started. The customer support team even did a live team training for our company and answered our questions. The analytics and reports are very helpful in pinpointing areas of need. The surveys option is very handy as well. All in all, I have found that the services are very well rounded and improved performance and motivation within the company.
