What I like most about MatrixCare Home Health and Hospice is that everything’s in one place—documentation, scheduling, and billing—so it cuts down on a lot of back-and-forth. Once you get used to it, the workflow feels natural and helps keep things moving without juggling multiple systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One downside is that it can feel a bit clunky at times, especially when navigating between different sections. There’s definitely a learning curve, and some tasks take more clicks than they probably should. It works well once you’re familiar with it, but getting there can be a little frustrating.
