Its easy to use and learn. It has features that make my job easier.

**What do you dislike about MatrixCare Home Health and Hospice?**

It has a dull look to it, but looks don't matter as long as it works. 

**What problems is MatrixCare Home Health and Hospice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps solves everything, otherwise we still be using paper files. It allows my job to be more productive and my work can be seen/sharable to others.

I like the ability to track meds, progress, billing and orders in one place for all disciplines.  The ability to run reports and track items is great.

**What do you dislike about MatrixCare Home Health and Hospice?**

I have no complaints about this program or what it offers!

Take the time to learn all the features.

Electronic medical records for skilled nursing.  The benefits include use from several work stations, a variety of options for users.
