For consultancies, engineering firms and PMOs that deliver documents a client has to approve. Shared drives store files. They cannot tell you which edition is in force, what is waiting on the client, or why a document changed. Matrical governs that: Review cycles that lock the document while it is read Observations on the paragraph they are about, not in a separate email Every cycle kept with its diff, its messages and its files One current edition at any time, with a record of who approved it Export to PDF, Word or Markdown, in open formats you can feed to your own AI
