  ### 1. Glitchy, doesn't seem to create any more engagement than eLeads messaging

**What do you like best about Matador?**

I think the platform itself is easy enough to maneuver, not a huge learning curve, I like that I don't have to have an app.

**What do you dislike about Matador?**

I just don't think it is effective. It often doesn't kick in quickly enough. It doesn't kick in immediately after I get a lead, and when it usually kicks in is when the client is sitting in my chair. While it's great that it will (supposedly) text my client over and over until they engage, I haven't noticed any of mine actually engage. It just doesn't seem to be any more effective than the platform we are already using. Great concept though.

**What problems is Matador solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sending out mass marketing texts for sales events is wonderful. We never did that before and being able to let several people know about an event without me having to call everyone is really nice. That's the one thing about Matador that I like. If the app can kick in at the right time, this will be very helpful. Just needs a little troubleshooting and improvement.

As for how quickly Matador responds: we have made considerable changes to the Matador platform that allows for more customization and personalization for how quickly the platform responds to responses.
