Today, we have a much clearer map of what we own, where it is held, and how the different entities and investments are connected. **What do you dislike about Masttro?** The implementation and data integration require time, discipline and commitment, particularly for a complex family office with multiple entities and investments. **What problems is Masttro solving and how is that benefiting you?** Masttro has helped us significantly improve the mapping and visibility of our corporate structure. One of the biggest challenges we had was identifying and properly organizing all of our entities, investments and related information. Masttro has helped us uncover and map companies and assets that were not clearly identified or centralized before. It has also saved us a considerable amount of time when requesting and consolidating information from different areas and entities. Instead of spending time gathering information from multiple sources, we now have a much more centralized and up-to-date view of our patrimony, which allows us to focus more on analysis and decision-making rather than simply collecting data. ### 2. We use the CPA in every investment committee, especially the portfolio breakdown capabilities. We also use the cash projection capabilities in order make our analysis of the portfolio more complete. The easy ro use GWM interface is incredibly helpful especially when teaching new team members how to use the platform. **What do you dislike about Masttro?** It is somewhat difficult to track some alternative asset classes like crypto that is not contained within a brokerage account. Massive data uploads feel a little clunky and still require a lot of work. **What problems is Masttro solving and how is that benefiting you?** We can fully visualize our portfolio and give full transparency to each family member. Additionally, we can now track our performance across alternative investments extremely well and accurately. ### 3. Also the fact that there is not since inception performance is a major limitation. **What problems is Masttro solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is helping us make sense of very complex client situations. When I ask about it, the response is always, “It depends on the bank; we can’t do anything from our end.” **What problems is Masttro solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use it to compile data from multiple investment accounts into a single, clear report.
