This platform made our transition to digital records seamless. We quickly saw the benefits after implementation. Supporting the system and creating new Record Templates has also been straightforward. We've been happy with the time savings and productivity boost. It has especially been impactful during the Quality Assurance review process. MasterControl has greatly improved our efficiency as an organization. The paper process was incredibly time consuming and opaque but with eBRs we can issue new records in record time. The visibility into the data and being able to look into what has been done when has been a great help. No more digging through off-site storage to find a specific record from years ago. I find it very helpful in keeping documents and training organized and easy to find as I use this on a daily basis it is nice to have things easily accessible. The ease of use in creating new trainings for our workplace is super helpful and it allows us to quickly get out trainings to our teams. I also like the ability to collaborate on documents within Master Control allowing our team to easily update our processes. I find it difficult at times to be able to search for a document if I don't know the exact title or document number or what specific key words will get me to what I want. During my time at MasterControl, I was able to help ensure configuration of the Mx platform (including integrations with client's existing QMS services) to ensure that MC addressed all their pain points and maintained the highest level of regulatory standards. By integrating Mx with Qx modules allowed for full control by the Quality Assurance team, to guarantee that only trained individuals (by coupling to the Docs/Training module), could perform specific tasks in the manufacturing process.
