Qualer is a powerful tool for asset management, maintenance, and calibration that offers exceptional adaptability. Its versatility makes it ideal for a wide range of work situations, and its cost-effectiveness makes it one of the best CMMS software options available in the market. Compared to other CMMS programs I have used in the past, Qualer is remarkably user-friendly. Its administrative aspect is intuitive and easy to use, making it simple to perform basic tasks, such as adding users, updating data tables, and altering information. Qualer's responce time has been known to be slow from time to time but I feel confident that based on previous convesations this item is being addressed for a better quality of life moving forward. Many aspects of Qualer are customizable to our needs. It is easy to filter assets and identify services that need to be performed. Easy to look up history and change logs. We thoroughly enjoy being able to eliminate our paper trail and become more electronic. Creating reports and viewing equipment service is easy and fast. We also enjoy receiving service reminders for calibrations and verifications. When you have a whole laboratory of equipment, it is nice to have an automatic reminder so a service is not missed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about MasterControl Asset Excellence? I would like to see the function of a mass sign-off on work orders. Ideally, it would be nice to have a "Reviewed" button that sends the work order to a "Sign-off" area. I believe using Qualer has contributed to maintaining our equipment maintenance schedule without any major service deviations. The traceability factor is also an added benefit.
