**What do you like best about MasterControl Asset Excellence?**

Very intuitive software.  The program has a ton of options, making customization to our processes easier than some competing products.

**What do you dislike about MasterControl Asset Excellence?**

Lack of document control, i.e. version control, review/approval of documents within the program itself

**What problems is MasterControl Asset Excellence solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a lack of coordination between our assets and the programs that manage them.   Qualer allows me to link both together in one place.

I like that we can add all assets necessary for the business

**What do you dislike about MasterControl Asset Excellence?**

It is difficult to navigate at first with what seems like a lot of extra buttons we never use.

**What problems is MasterControl Asset Excellence solving and how is that benefiting you?**

No longer keeping track of paper trails! Everyone can have their own accurate log in

**What do you like best about MasterControl Asset Excellence?**

We no longer have to use paper charts in our lab due to Quaker. It keeps all of our information about our equipment online and organized.

**What do you dislike about MasterControl Asset Excellence?**

The work orders don't generate automatically for us except for a few. Sometimes it combined equipment manuals from one asset in with another assets file.

**What problems is MasterControl Asset Excellence solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has significantly improved our tracking for all of our equipment maintenance and cleaning.

Qualer is occasionally slow to load and freezes.

Easy to keep track of what has been completed and what remains to be completed.
