I need to be reiumbursed or at the very very least downgraded and reiumbursed the difference asap but it's impossible to reach anyone... what kind of company is that? What does it say about their values ??? I am feeling like i am forced to be on the platform whoch is exactly what you don't want from a customer and beside a polite but empty message to answer a bad review no one as really been reaching me to fix the issue I can only advise to not trust them and therefore to not subscribe... **What problems is MasterClass solving and how is that benefiting you?** At the current moment it's adding huge problem to my life by not being able to reach them and not being reiumbursed ### 3.
